2001-2500 sq ft with written report - $775

2501-3000 sq ft with written report - $825

Verbal consult "walk and talk" - $200/hour, 1-hour minimum and billed on the 1/4 hour thereafter

For the Home Owner

Whether you recently purchased your home, have owned for many years or are simply considering making a purchase, you may want to hire a home inspector.

Depending on the size and condition of your home, I spend 2-4 hours methodically combing through all elements of the home. From the foundation to the roof, the electrical, plumbing and heat systems, I produce a detailed written report that you can refer back to for years to come.

I encourage you to attend the inspection as at the end I am always happy (and in fact, prefer) to give a verbal summary of my findings.

For the Real Estate Agent

I stand behind the reports I produce and am always happy to take calls from prospective buyers to talk them through the reports or perform an in-person, verbal walkthrough (with your permission, of course). My reports protect you, your clients and the buyer and are thorough, honest and detailed without being tedious and full of boilerplate filler.
